One monitor for each test site

All 3 sites are built, hosted and served by Wix, and each one is its own test. Shop uses its own domain, the others Wix's free addresses, so the test also shows whether that makes a difference. The strip on each monitor has a bar for each of the 30 days; pick a day to see every check that day.

Proof these sites run on Wix, not on RankDude

One of the sites uses a RankDude address, so here's how you can tell Wix is really serving it. Every check records who answered, and you can verify each point yourself.

  1. The address points to Wix. The site's DNS record sends visitors to Wix's servers (pointing.wixdns.net). RankDude hosts nothing there.
  2. Wix signs every answer. Each response carries an x-wix-request-id header, which only Wix's servers add. My monitor records it on every check.
  3. The page says so. The site's code names "Wix.com Website Builder" as its generator and loads its files from Wix's file servers.
  4. Our own site looks different. rankdude.ai answers from Vercel, with a different signature and different addresses.

What counts as down
No answer within 20 seconds, a server error or a missing page. Each failure is checked again 15 seconds later before it counts, and a round lost on our own connection is thrown out.

Who runs it
RankDude's own monitor. No outside status service is used, and no brand can see or change its numbers before they're published.

Answer times are how long the server took to reply (typical 131 ms, slowest 5% 291 ms). The method for every builder is on the uptime tests page. The rest of my hands-on test is in the Wix review.

What does this Wix uptime test measure?
Whether sites built on Wix stay online. I built 3 real sites on Wix for my review and my own monitor opens each one every 5 minutes, from 21 October 2026 to 20 November 2026. If Wix's hosting stops, these sites stop, so this is what a Wix customer would see.
One of the sites is on a RankDude address. Is that still Wix?
Yes. A custom domain is only a name: wix-shop.test.rankdude.ai points to Wix's servers, and Wix builds, hosts and serves the site. I use it to see whether a site on your own domain is as reliable as one on a free Wix address.
How reliable has Wix been so far?
Up 100% of the time across 3,997 checks, with no recorded outages, on day 7 of 30.
What counts as down?
A site that doesn't answer within 20 seconds, returns a server error or a missing page. Every failure is checked again 15 seconds later before it counts, and a round where our own connection drops is thrown out instead of counted against the builder.
What happens when the test ends?
On 20 November 2026 the numbers are frozen and the final result goes into the Wix review. The record on this page stays as it was.
