Self-hosted AI agent: reviews, statistics and news

Agents you run on your own machine or server: local models, private data, offline use and open source code. Each one will be installed on the same hardware and tested on setup, task completion, model support, privacy controls, resource use and what it costs.

Every self-hosted AI agent I follow

Every self-hosted AI agent I follow, in alphabetical order. None has been through my bench yet: each one is queued for the ten tests, and the first reviews appear here as they are finished. The statistics measure 13 of them each month. 8 more listed tools are not measured here: 5 are measured in the category of their main product and 3 sit on shared domains whose traffic is not their own. Each of those is marked on its card.
