Fixed task lists
After the first draft, every builder gets the same work: twelve edits to the café site, twelve things a real business needs, and three support questions. Each task is timed and marked done or not, with a screenshot, including a test order and the emails it should send.

- Runs on
- By hand, with helpers that time the builder's own assistant
What the fixed task lists is
The lists are written before the test and never change between builders. An edit is done when it shows on the live site; a business feature is done when it works, such as a form message that arrives in the inbox or a test order that goes through with the builder's own test payment; a support answer is right when it matches the builder's documentation or a live test.
How it works
- Each edit is asked for in the builder's own way, timed from the request to the change showing on the live site, and marked done or not with a screenshot.
- Each business feature is set up and tried for real: forms are sent and the inbox checked, a test order is placed and its emails read.
- Each support question is asked through the builder's support, timed to the first words and to the full answer where a helper can do it, and the answer checked.
- The results go into a timeline with the time of every step.
What it records
- Per task
- What was asked, when, how long it took, done or not, and the screenshot.
What it cannot catch
- Checked on the live site by eye.
- Some tasks need the reader's side, such as a form email or a test payment, and are confirmed in the inbox.
- A free plan that runs out of chats or features part way leaves the rest unmeasured, and the review says which.
Where it was used
Every published review that ran this checker, with the figure it produced there, read from the review’s own data. Each figure opens the test results behind it.
