I tested the 10Web AI website builder on its free 3-day trial, with no card: one café site from my standard brief, 20 facts checked, twelve edits, speed and accessibility tests, and every paywall I reached. The trial gave me one site and 5 AI credits, and 10Web deletes the site after 3 days unless I pick a plan from $10 a month, billed yearly.

What Is 10Web?
10Web is an AI website builder that writes a WordPress site from a prompt. You paste what you want, it shows a written plan, and when you approve it builds the pages, a logo and the photos.
I tested the free trial. It needs no card, allows one website and 5 AI credits, and lasts 3 days. The site sits on a public 10web.cloud address while the trial runs.
10Web's own home page: a prompt box and nothing else.
After the first build you change the site by clicking in a visual editor or by asking the AI chat. The WordPress admin is behind it, so you can go deeper if you want to. 10Web is run by TenWeb, in the United States.
How I Tested 10Web
Every number here comes from my own tests. 10Web never saw the review first, and every website builder gets the same briefs. I pasted the café brief into the prompt box and ran my tools on the live trial address.
10Web is free to try for 3 days, then $10 a month for AI Starter, billed yearly, at half its regular price of $240 a year.
The trial gave me 1 website and 5 AI credits. Starter has 100 credits a month, so about 100 edits like mine. The page does not say the renewal price.

Building a Site with 10Web's AI
10Web asked no questions, only for my brief. About 7 seconds after I pressed Enter it showed a written plan with a goal, colours and the pages, and waited for me to press 'Approve & start generation'.
The five pages, a logo and the photos were live about 7 minutes after the brief, and the build used none of my 5 credits.
The plan 10Web waits on before it builds.
All 20 facts were on the pages, with the right prices, hours, address and phone number. The AI also added 12 small claims I never gave, such as French lavender in the latte and a 36-hour rye loaf. It added no reviews, awards or staff.
I could not give it my own logo or photos before the build, and the one-line brief was not run, because the trial allows one site. Credits: the build cost 0 and each edit cost 1.
10Web Design on Phones and Desktops
10Web's café site looks clean and warm, with a logo, real-looking photos and big type, and you can read it on a phone without pinching. My checker counted 7 faults on 5 pages: small footer and menu links on every page, and pale text on two.
The café home page in the phone preview.
The accessibility scan found no critical problem, and every image has alt text. It did find one serious problem on every page, a link with no readable name. With the Tab key every page could be walked, and focus rings showed.
The theme panel has ten ready-made themes, and one click restyled the preview. Design scores 3.
Editing Your 10Web Site
10Web let me make 10 of 12 edits on the live site. You click an element and change it in a side panel, or you ask the AI chat, and every change needs Save and then Publish changes.
The colour edit, with the page behind it.
A new page, a form field, an embed and a rewrite worked when I asked the AI, one credit each. The site font changed only the body text, and a heading size set in the phone preview changed the desktop too.
What you see when the trial credits run out.
10Web Page Speed
10Web's pages are slow on a phone. Google's speed test gave a median of 74 out of 100 across 15 phone runs, and 84 on a desktop for the home page.

Google's Lighthouse, mobile settings, on the live trial address.
The home page was slowest, because its main picture took 7 seconds to show. Most photos are large PNG files of 480 to 730 KB, so you wait for them on a phone.
10Web Uptime Test: My Trial Site
I'm watching my 10Web site from 28 to 31 October 2026, the three days of the trial, because 10Web deletes the site when the trial ends.
My own monitor opens the site every five minutes and records whether it answered and how fast.
Is it really 10Web serving this site?
Yes. The address is a 10web.cloud address, every answer carries 10Web's own tweb-origin header, and the WordPress admin behind the site contains 10Web's editor.
10Web covers eleven of twelve SEO basics in the page code. Every page has a title, a description, a canonical tag, social-card tags and structured data, and every image has alt text.
A sitemap and a robots.txt exist. The site was open to search engines when it was built, and I switched on WordPress's 'Discourage search engines' setting for my test. robots.txt says nothing about AI crawlers.
axe-core found no visible top-level heading on the menu and catering pages. SEO scores 4.
10Web Domain, Blog and Shop
10Web's domain offer sits behind a paid plan. The Publish screen lists three free names and 'Connect your own domain', and the pricing page says the free domain comes with a plan.
The Publish screen on the trial.
The contact form has a hidden spam trap, and the AI added a required 'Party size' field that showed on the live form. The WordPress Plugins screen said 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.' If you want a shop, a blog post or a mailbox, you need a paid plan, and I did not try them.
Can You Take Your 10Web Site With You?
10Web let me download the whole site as a WordPress export. One click made a 5.5 MB file with 7 page items and 26 pictures, and I did not import it elsewhere.
The plan screen says 'No charge after 3 days unless you choose to upgrade', and the pricing page says the site is deleted when the trial ends unless a plan is picked. I could not test cancelling a paid plan, so you should read the terms before you pay.
10Web Backups and Security
10Web keeps a history of every change, but I did not restore one, so I cannot say how well a restore works. The list showed my generation, an automatic SEO sync and each edit.
The site sends two of the six security headers I check, a strict-transport header and a no-sniff header, and http redirects to https. The certificate is from SSL.com and runs to 4 March 2027. I did not test cookie consent, a privacy page or two-factor sign-in.
10Web Help and Support
10Web's support has not replied yet. I emailed three questions to support@10web.io on 28 October 2026 and had no answer when I wrote this. The help centre says email is open to everyone.
I tried five help-centre searches. Two had a correct answer in the top three: adding custom code and changing the billing card. Connecting a domain bought elsewhere, missing form messages and exporting a site did not.
10Web Reviews: What Other Users Say
Trustpilot says 4.3 from 2,374 reviews, read on 28 October 2026. 90% give five stars and 6% give one star.
Praise is for fast, friendly support. Of the latest 20 reviews, 4 are low-star complaints about refunds and charges after a trial. I did not read G2 or Capterra, and I paid nothing, so I could not test billing.
Final verdict: is the 10Web AI website builder worth it?
3.3
out of 5
A quick, accurate WordPress site. Slow photos, and a small trial.
10Web built a five-page café site from my brief in about 7 minutes with all 20 facts. It also made up 12 claims, the phone speed score was 74, and I made 10 of 12 edits.

Hey, I'm Miles, and this is RankDude, where I test AI tools hands on and publish every number, so you can decide before you pay. Today it's ten web, an A I website builder that makes WordPress sites. I used its free three day trial, with no card, and gave it my cafe brief. The short version: it built five pages in about seven minutes, with all twenty of my facts right. But it added twelve claims I never gave, phones scored only seventy four, and the trial's five credits ran out after five edits. My rating is three point three out of five, from six graded tests.
So, what is ten web? You paste what you want, it writes a plan, and when you approve it builds the pages, a logo and the photos on a WordPress site. The trial allows one website and five A I credits, and it lasts three days.
I pasted my cafe brief. Ten web asked no questions. It only showed a plan and waited for my click. About seven minutes later, five pages were live on a public address, and the build cost none of my five credits.
Did it stick to my facts? Yes. All twenty facts were on the pages, with the right prices, hours and phone number. The catch is twelve small claims I never gave, like a thirty six hour rye loaf and a cedar patio. They are small, but they are not mine. That scores three.
Design. The site looks clean and warm, and it reads well on a phone. My checker counted seven faults on five pages, mostly small links and pale text. The accessibility scan found no critical problem. That scores three.
Editing works by clicking an element, or by asking the A I chat. Ten of my twelve edits worked on the live site. A new page, a form field, an embed and a rewrite worked when I asked the A I, one credit each. The font changed only the body text, and a phone only change leaked to the desktop. Then came the wall. After five edits, a box said I had used all my trial A I credits. That scores four.
Speed. Google's test gave a median of seventy four out of one hundred on phones, because the photos are big. The home page took seven seconds to show its main picture. That scores three.
The domain and the shop sit behind a paid plan. The publish screen offers a free domain worth up to thirty dollars, and a button to connect your own. I could take the site with me. One click in the WordPress admin made a five and a half megabyte export of every page and picture.
Pricing. The trial is free for three days. Then A I Starter costs ten dollars a month, billed yearly, which is half its regular price of two hundred and forty dollars a year. The page does not say what it costs when it renews. That scores three.
So, my verdict. If this were my business, I would try the trial to see a draft, then decide. It did the job I asked for, and I recommend it for people who want WordPress underneath. It suits you less if you need a very fast phone site, or want many edits before you pay. The six graded tests average three point three, and I rate ten web three point three out of five. Every measurement is on the test results page.

Frequently asked questions
How much does 10Web cost, and is it free?
Free, 3 days. The trial costs $0 and gives one website and 5 AI credits. AI Starter is $10 a month billed yearly, at half its regular price of $240 a year, and the renewal price is not stated on the page.
Is 10Web legit?
Mostly yes. It built what I asked and wanted no card. Its Trustpilot score is 4.3 from 2,374 reviews, and the low-star reviews are about refunds and charges after a trial. I paid nothing, so I could not test billing.
Can I export my 10Web site or move it?
Yes. One click in the WordPress admin gave me a 5.5 MB export of all pages and pictures. I did not import it into another site, so I cannot say how well it moves.
How do I cancel 10Web, and can I get a refund?
Nothing to cancel. The trial ends by itself after 3 days and the site is deleted. The pricing page promises a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, until the free domain is claimed. I did not test a refund.
Is 10Web easy for a beginner?
Yes, to start. You paste what you want, approve a plan and get a site in about 7 minutes. Changes are clicks or a chat message, but each AI request costs a credit and the trial has 5. Check accessibility and keyboard use too, because the scan found one serious problem per page.
Can I sell things on 10Web?
It says yes. It lists an ecommerce dashboard with every plan. I did not test a shop, because the trial site had none and I paid nothing.
Disclosure. I tested on the free demo account anyone can open on 10Web’s site. I signed up myself and paid 10Web nothing. 10Web didn’t see this review first and had no say in my rating. How RankDude makes money is on the disclosure page.
