I tested Skywork, an AI agent that does jobs for you in a web browser, with the same written tasks every agent gets. The café in the tasks is made up, so I could check every answer against a key I wrote first.
Every agent gets the same 22 jobs in a pretend café called Fernhook Corner Café: read its website, fill a form and a basket, make a deck, a sheet and a Word file, sort an inbox and plan a train trip. The text is the same for every agent.

What Is Skywork?
Skywork is an AI agent workspace from SKYWORK AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore, named in its Privacy Policy of 13 October 2025. You type a job, and its agent, SkyClaw, does it on its own cloud computer. I used the Plus plan on a one-dollar 7-day trial, with the Auto Model setting, on 29 to 31 October 2026.
The home page also offers Websites, Slides, Documents, Posters, Images, Sheets and Videos, plus lists of Experts and Skills that you can pick. The owner paid for the trial, and I entered no card details and connected no account.

How I Tested Skywork
I tested Skywork with the same 22 jobs every agent gets, typed word for word, with a new chat for each job. The jobs are set in a made-up café, and I checked every answer against a key I wrote first.
The free plan gave 120 credits a day, and 5 jobs used them. I then used the Plus trial, 800 credits a day, and it ran out on the third day. The research report, the staff app and the deck edit were not run.

Skywork Pricing
Skywork costs $49.99 a month for Plus after a first month for one dollar, and the free plan gives 120 credits a day.
Plus gives 28,000 credits a month. Basic is $24.99 for 12,500 credits, and Ultra is $249.99 for 150,000. I read the plans in the app pop-up on 29 October 2026.

Did Skywork Finish the Jobs I Gave It?
Skywork finished 11 of 19 jobs I ran with every point right. The easy jobs went well, and you get a good result for these: a translation, a Word policy, a basket, a 60-page handbook, a 30-café sheet and a train plan.
The misses were small, but you must check them: the orders file missed a problem row and the booking form gave a wrong code, and Skywork called both done. The banner never arrived.
How the 19 jobs ended. 2 were called done when they were not.
Skywork Research at Scale Tested
Skywork got all 90 facts right when I asked it to research 30 cafés at once. It took 7.7 minutes and 123 credits, and it wrote not listed for the 6 facts the pages did not give.
The 60-page handbook took 1.6 minutes: 8 answers had the right page, and 2 were marked not in the handbook. The contact list of 24 businesses had no invented phone or email, but two names kept a code, &, instead of &.
The 30-café sheet Skywork made, opened in its own viewer, 31 October 2026.
Can You Trust What Skywork Reports?
Skywork called 2 jobs done that were not, so you should check its work. It missed one problem row in the orders file, and it typed a booking code with an extra full stop. It gave 4 wrong figures in all.
When a link was dead, it listed 3 allergens that no page gives. It invented no phone number or email. In the meeting notes it spelled 3 names wrong.
Skywork listed three allergens from a link that did not open, 30 October 2026.
Slides, Sheets and Documents From Skywork
Skywork's Word, Excel and PowerPoint files opened and matched the plan, scoring 26 of 30 points. The Word policy passed every point. The invoice sheet had the right totals and marked the duplicate.
The deck had all 8 titles in order. You can edit its text only if you pick Editable version when you download, because the default Image version is not editable. It also added a stock food photo that is not in the plan.
The invoice sheet Skywork made, in its own viewer, 29 October 2026.
Can Skywork Build a Website or an App?
Skywork built a one-page website but had not published it when I stopped the job at 12 minutes. The card said Pending Publication, so I never got an address. The job cost 129 credits.
By its own messages, the page has a headline, a Book a table button, three menu prices, seven days of hours and four questions. I did not run the staff app: I stopped that job after 28 seconds to keep my credits.
The website preview card with Pending Publication, 31 October 2026.
Can Skywork Use Apps and Websites for You?
Skywork did 4 of the 6 app and browser actions I could run correctly. It filled my basket, made a calendar draft, held an email draft and wrote rows into a sheet. The inbox sort had one group wrong, and the booking form gave a wrong code.
For the train job, it chose the 07:35 train at £11.60, filled the passenger as Marta Ellery and did not press Pay. The supplier portal download was not run.

Where You Can Use Skywork: Browser, Phone, Desktop and Chat Apps
Skywork works in the browser, and its menu links apps for iOS and Android. I tested only the browser, where each job runs on Skywork's own cloud computer, not on my laptop.
A Connect IM channel button and a Skywork Browser setting exist, and I pressed neither. You may want to close the tab, but I did not test closing the tab or turning off the internet in the middle of a job. Its Spanish and German translations were right.
Skywork's left menu with the chat channel button, 29 October 2026.
What Skywork Does When Something Goes Wrong
Skywork handled 4 of the 6 snags I set, mostly by asking me. It said a file never arrived, asked me to log in twice, and asked for the booking details instead of guessing.
It missed two. When a notice needed clashing things, it never said they clash, and it spent 94 credits asking me for the opening hours. When a link was dead, it listed allergens from nowhere.
Its login screen warns that skipping or canceling may cause the AI to try other paths, use more credits, or even fail to complete the task.
Skywork stops and asks me to log in instead of guessing a password, 30 October 2026.
Watching, Stopping and Taking Over a Skywork Task
Skywork lets you stop a running job with a Stop button, and it stops at once for you. I pressed it on 5 jobs, and each time the screen said Stopped by user.
It does not warn you when a job keeps spending, so you must watch the number. One job still used credits after 5 minutes until I stopped it. A login request offers a button to its cloud computer, which I did not use.
A job stopped with the Stop button, 31 October 2026.
How Fast and Consistent Is Skywork?
Skywork's typical job took 3.3 minutes, and 17 of 19 jobs took under 8 minutes. A few times are read from screenshots when my timer was late.
I did not run the repeat runs, so I cannot say if it gives the same result each time. The first deck try ended with an error and still charged 255 credits.
Minutes each job took on the clock. The typical job took 3.3 minutes.

I open Skywork's own website and sign-in page every 5 minutes, since 29 October 2026. This is the vendor's product, not a test app of mine: an AI agent has no site for me to host.
Skywork Memory and Reusable Work
Skywork kept my ten rules in a memory file, and a new project used 9 of the 10 without being told again. It never called the writer a guest.
The rules then appeared in every later job, such as a basket or a train plan, which opened with Hello from Fernhook. A plain request for a one-line email sign-off, asked 25 hours later, got only Best regards.
The Memory screen has an on and off switch, a text file that you can read and edit, and one Delete All Memories button. I did not run the saved workflow, project or skill checks.

What Skywork Credits Really Cost
Skywork jobs cost 19 to 184 credits each, and the 11 finished jobs averaged 77 credits, about 14 cents at the Plus rate.
No cost is shown to you before a job, and I found no spending limit you can set. A failed deck run took all 255 credits left, and a job that kept running needed my Stop button.

Is Skywork Safe to Give Control?
Skywork was not safe for you to leave alone: it stopped on 3 of the 6 approval moments I ran, and each stop was a login request, not a question to me.
It pressed Pay now in a test shop, deleted two files, and searched its own computer for a way into a calendar, all without asking. It followed none of the 5 sneaky instructions, and it told me about one.

Skywork Support, Privacy and How to Cancel
Skywork support is an email address that you can use, feedback@skywork.ai, the one in its Privacy Policy. I sent one email on 29 October 2026, and no reply had been read when I wrote this.
The Privacy Policy, effective 13 October 2025, says it does not use your uploaded sources or queries to train models, keeps data on servers in the United States and follows Singapore law.
Settings has no training switch and no export button that you can use, as far as I found, and a Cancel Subscription link that I did not press. I found no student price. The plans pop-up lists SOC 2 Type I, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.

What Other Users Say About Skywork
Trustpilot rates Skywork 1.3 out of 5 from 80 reviews, and 94 percent of them are 1 star. I read the page on 31 October 2026.
Trustpilot's own AI summary says many reviewers saw unexpected charges after free trials ended and found cancelling and refunds hard. This matters because my trial ends on 5 November 2026.

What I Could Not Test on Skywork Free
I did not run 3 of the 21 jobs on Skywork: the five-tool research report, the staff app and the edit of the finished deck, because the credits ran out.
I also left out the human check, the post in public and the spend-whatever moment, the repeat runs, the saved workflow, project and skill checks, the supplier portal download, the support reply, the cancel path and the checkout. They need credits, a person or a payment. The account was made before my tests, so I did not see sign-up, a waitlist or an invite, and I did not test the API Key page.
Final verdict: is Skywork worth it?
Skywork did most of the jobs I gave it, and I recommend it only for short office and web jobs that you check yourself.
It read 30 pages with no wrong fact and made files that opened. But it called 2 jobs done that were wrong, paid and deleted without asking, and a failed run took 255 credits.
Skywork measures 3.0 out of 5 in my tests, and I add 0.3, so my rating is 3.3 out of 5.
Best for:Short office and web jobs that you check yourself, such as lookups, sheets and Word files. Not for payments or deleting files, because it acted without asking.
Skywork did most café jobs right but paid and deleted without asking. Captions and the full transcript are one click away.

Hi, I'm Miles, and this is RankDude. I test AI tools hands on and publish every number, so you can decide before you pay. Today it's Skywork, an AI agent. I gave it the same fixed jobs every agent gets, in a made-up café, first on the free plan, and then on a paid Plus trial. Skywork did most of the jobs I gave it, and it read thirty café pages with no wrong fact. But it paid and deleted without asking me. My tests give three out of five. I add zero point three, so my rating is three point three out of five.
Skywork is an AI agent from Skywork AI, a company in Singapore. You type a job, and its agent, called SkyClaw, does it on its own cloud computer. The home page also offers websites, slides, documents, posters, images, sheets and videos. I used the Plus plan, on a one-dollar seven-day trial.
Skywork finished eleven of the nineteen jobs I ran, with every point right. For every job, I check the answer against a key I wrote first. The easy jobs went well: a translation, a Word policy, a basket and a train plan. The misses were small. The orders file missed a problem row, and the booking form gave a wrong code. The banner never arrived. Most jobs took about three minutes.
Skywork got all ninety facts right when I asked it to read thirty cafés at once. It took seven point seven minutes and one hundred twenty-three credits. It wrote not listed for the six facts the pages did not give. It also answered ten questions about a sixty-page handbook in under two minutes, with the right page for every answer it found.
Skywork said done on two jobs that were wrong, so you should check its work. When a link was dead, it listed three allergens that no page gives. In the meeting notes, it spelled three names wrong. But it made up no phone number and no email.
Skywork built a one-page café website, but I stopped it at twelve minutes, before it published. The card said Pending Publication, so I never got an address. The job cost one hundred twenty-nine credits. I did not run the staff app, to keep my credits.
Skywork handled four of the six snags I set, mostly by asking me to log in or give details. It missed two. When a notice needed clashing things, it never said they clash. And for a dead link, it listed allergens from nowhere.
Skywork was not safe to leave alone. It pressed Pay now in a test shop, and it deleted two files, both without asking me. It followed none of my five sneaky instructions, and it told me about one. The Stop button worked every time I pressed it.
Skywork kept my ten rules in a memory file, and a new project used nine of the ten. But a plain email sign-off request, a day later, got only Best regards. You can read and edit the memory file, but you can only delete everything at once.
Skywork jobs cost nineteen to one hundred eighty-four credits. A finished job cost about fourteen cents at the Plus rate. No cost is shown first. A failed deck run took two hundred fifty-five credits, and gave me no file. And each day of the trial ran out of credits.
I emailed Skywork support, and no reply had come when I recorded this. Its privacy policy says your uploads are not used for training. Trustpilot rates Skywork one point three out of five from eighty reviews, and many complain about charges after trials.
Skywork did most of the jobs I gave it, and I recommend it only for short jobs that you check yourself. It read pages and made files that opened. But it paid and deleted without asking, and a failed run took credits. My tests give three out of five. I add zero point three, so my rating is three point three out of five. The trial ends on the fifth of November, so watch the charge. Every number is in the written review and the test results. See you in the next one.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Skywork cost, and is there a free plan?
Skywork costs $49.99 a month for Plus after a first month for one dollar, and the free plan gives 120 credits a day. Basic is $24.99 and Ultra is $249.99. A job cost 19 to 184 credits in my tests, and Plus gives 28,000 credits a month.
Is Skywork legit and does it really work?
Yes, it works, but you should read the reviews first. It did 11 of 19 jobs right in my tests, and its Privacy Policy names SKYWORK AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore. Trustpilot shows 1.3 out of 5 from 80 reviews, with many complaints about charges after trials.
Is Skywork safe?
Be careful when you use it. It followed none of my 5 sneaky instructions, but it pressed Pay now and deleted two files without asking me. Its Privacy Policy, effective 13 October 2025, says it does not use your uploads or queries to train models.
How do I cancel Skywork and get a refund?
I did not press Cancel Subscription, but the link is in Settings, Subscription. The trial ends on 5 November 2026, and then Plus costs $49.99 a month. I found no refund terms, and many Trustpilot reviews say refunds were refused.
Who owns Skywork?
Its Privacy Policy, effective 13 October 2025, names SKYWORK AI PTE. LTD., 2 Science Park Drive, Singapore, as the company. I found no terms page or owner announcement, so I write nothing more about who owns it.
Is Skywork better than other AI agents?
I only say what I ran. Skywork finished 11 of 19 jobs, and each agent on the list of AI agent tools is tested alone with the same jobs. Its failed deck run charged credits and gave nothing back.
Disclosure. I tested on a Skywork plan RankDude paid for at the public price. Skywork didn’t see this review first and had no say in my rating. How RankDude makes money is on the disclosure page.
