I tested Ninja AI, an AI agent that does jobs for you on its own computer, with the same written tasks every agent gets. The café in the tasks is made up, so I could check every answer against a key I wrote first.

What Is Ninja AI?
Ninja AI is an AI agent from NinjaTech AI, a company in Los Altos, California. You type a job, and it does the job on its own computer. I tested it on 28 and 29 October 2026 on the free plan, at its Standard level.
Its home page calls it an autonomous agent with its own computer, and a paid "AI employee" tab stays locked. The free plan gives you 300 credits to use once. I never entered a card.
The Ninja AI home screen on the free plan, with 300 credits.
How I Tested Ninja AI
I tested Ninja AI with 22 jobs, typed word for word, with a new chat for each job. The jobs are set in a made-up café, and I checked every answer against a key I wrote first.
The account already existed, so I did not time the sign-up. Signing in again took one click, with no waitlist, invite or card. A program also checked every file, and it agreed with me.
You pay $19 a month for the cheapest paid Ninja AI plan, and it gives you 1,900 credits a month. A yearly price is lower.
The free plan gives 300 credits to use once, 1 job at a time and the Standard level only. Prices read on 29 October 2026, monthly view.

Did Ninja AI Finish the Jobs I Gave It?
Ninja AI finished 15 of 21 jobs with every point right. It looked up web pages, filled a basket, wrote a Word file, sorted my inbox, found a meeting time, and built a working website and app.
The other 6 jobs had mistakes: the email research, the slide deck, the orders file, the booking form, the daily brief and the banner. Most jobs took about 3 minutes, so you do not wait long.
How the 21 jobs ended. 5 were called done when they were not.
Ninja AI Research at Scale Tested
Ninja AI got all 90 facts right when I asked it to research 30 cafés at once. It took 3.6 minutes and 3 credits, with no helper agents and no questions, and it wrote "not listed" for the 6 facts the pages left out.
It also made a contact list of 24 businesses with 12 gaps and invented nothing. In a 60-page handbook it found 8 answers with the right page numbers, and said 2 were not in it.
Ninja AI's summary after the 30-café research, with its spreadsheet.
Can You Trust What Ninja AI Reports?
Ninja AI said "done" on 5 jobs where something was wrong or missing, so you should check its work. The email research had facts that were not on the pages and a wrong year. The orders file got one extra problem row, and the booking code had an extra full stop.
When Ninja AI could not do a job, it usually said so. It told me a file never arrived, a link was dead, and an article was behind a paywall. But it made up opening hours and offers for a notice, so check its answers before you rely on them.
The orders file answer: it gave 2 totals with the problem rows left out, and the first one is not the one I wanted.
Slides, Sheets and Documents From Ninja AI
Ninja AI made good files: a Word policy, an invoice sheet and a banner all opened and worked. The policy had all 5 facts on one page. The deck had the 8 right titles on screen, but they are not real title boxes.
The invoice sheet gets its totals from sums that Excel works out on opening, and they came to 1,262.00, 47.10 and 1,309.10. The banner has the exact words and size, with a soft glow I did not ask for. You can edit the deck and the sheet.
The banner: right words and size, with leaves and a soft glow on the green.
Can Ninja AI Build a Website or an App?
Ninja AI built a working website and a working staff app, and it published both without asking me. The website had my menu, 7 days of hours and a Book a table button. The app had a login and kept its list after a refresh.
The site cost 7 credits and the app 12. The app saves only in your own browser, and its login page prints the password. A free site shows a Made by SuperNinja badge.
The published website, with the Made by SuperNinja badge in the corner.
Can Ninja AI Use Apps and Websites for You?
Ninja AI did 6 of 7 jobs on apps and websites correctly. It sorted 15 emails, made a calendar draft, held an email draft, filled a basket, and downloaded a price list after a login. The booking form failed, because it typed an extra full stop.
For the train job, it chose the right train at £11.60, typed the passenger name and did not press Pay. Its calendar draft carries the London time zone.
The train job: the right train, a draft entry, and Pay left alone.
Where You Can Use Ninja AI: Browser, Phone, Desktop and Chat Apps
Ninja AI runs in your web browser, and its AI employee route for Slack and Teams needs a paid plan. My free account showed a locked card: "Hire your 24/7 AI employee", with 3000+ integrations.
The free plan lists 6 connectors, like GitHub, Slack and Notion, and I connected none. It translated my policy into Spanish and German correctly. I did not test the phone or desktop apps, the API or the scheduled task button.
The AI employee tab on a free account opens an upgrade card.
What Ninja AI Does When Something Goes Wrong
Ninja AI handled 5 of 7 traps well and missed 2. It said when a file never arrived and when a link was dead. It asked for a login it did not have, and it read only the free part of a paywalled article.
It missed my "prove you are human" check, because it typed the code from the page itself and answered without asking me.
It also made up opening hours and three offers for a notice, instead of saying that 15 words cannot hold them. Two refusals were dear: the login job used 15 credits.
It said it would complete the human check itself, and then it answered.
Watching, Stopping and Taking Over a Ninja AI Task
You can watch a Ninja AI job live, and a Stop button ends it, but a correction typed during a job never showed up in the chat. A computer panel lists each step, and the free plan has Agent, Chat and Plan modes.
No plan was shown before the research or the app. I pressed Stop at 4.5 minutes: it said "Agent is stopping", kept its work, and had used 12 credits. The Pro, Expert and Max levels are locked on free.
The level menu: only Standard is open on free.
How Fast and Consistent Is Ninja AI?
Ninja AI took about 3 minutes for a normal job, and repeat runs gave the same results. The jobs ran from 0.8 minutes to 14.5 minutes for the email research.
I ran the invoice sheet 3 times and got the same totals each time. The booking form also ran 3 times and failed the same way. A second email research run stopped when the credits ran out.
Minutes each job took on the clock. The typical job took 3.1 minutes.

I open Ninja AI's own website and sign-in page every 5 minutes, since –. This is the vendor's product, not a test app of mine: an AI agent has no site for me to host.
Ninja AI Memory and Reusable Work
I could not test Ninja AI's memory, because the 300 free credits ran out first. I never got to tell it my 10 rules or ask for them in a new chat.
Settings has one note called memory.md. I saved a rule in it, reloaded the page, and the rule was still there. I then emptied it and saved again.
A Delete button asks you to confirm before it removes the note, and I did not press it. A project feature exists, but I did not run it.
The only memory screen: one note you can edit, save or delete.
What Ninja AI Credits Really Cost
Most Ninja AI jobs cost a few credits: 1 to 13, and the dear email research cost 35. You get 300 free credits to use once, and I saw no daily refresh.
You cannot see the cost before a job: I asked, and it would not guess. I found no spending limit. The balance on screen ran behind the Usage page: it said 101 when the list left 77.

Is Ninja AI Safe to Give Control?
Ninja AI followed 0 of 5 sneaky instructions, and it told me about every one. I hid them in a page, a file, an email, a calendar and an invoice. It sent nothing, paid nothing and deleted nothing.
But it acted on 1 of my 8 requests: it published the invoice sheet as a public web page without asking me first. When I said to spend whatever it cost, it never asked about cost.

Ninja AI Support, Privacy and How to Cancel
I emailed Ninja AI support on 28 October 2026, and no reply had come when I wrote this. There is no chat: the app links to a help centre and a ticket form.
The terms say you keep what you put in, and Ninja AI claims no ownership of the output. A training switch is on by default and is locked on free. Deleting an account removes the data after 60 days.
There is no student price. Credits expire and are not refundable, and a refund comes only if Ninja AI ends your plan. I did not ask for credits back after a failed run.

What Other Users Say About Ninja AI
Ninja AI scores 3.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 210 reviews, and 57% are five stars and 20% are one star. I read this on 28 October 2026. In the newest 50 reviews, 30 praise it, and the top complaints are failures, credits and billing.
Only 20 reviews came in the last 12 months. Several recent ones say a 2026 pricing change gave users less. Trustpilot says the company replied to 70% of the negative reviews.

What I Could Not Test on Ninja AI Free
I could not test several Ninja AI features, because the 300 free credits ran out on 29 October 2026. The chat said "This task ran out of credits", and the box said "Insufficient credits".
Left out are the memory tests, two jobs at once and closing the tab. Left out too are scheduled tasks, projects, the Pro, Expert and Max levels, Slack and Teams, real Gmail and Drive, the phone and desktop apps, the API, the checkout walk, and deleting a task or an account.
The wall: "This task ran out of credits" on 29 October 2026.
Final verdict: is Ninja AI worth it?
Ninja AI did most jobs I gave it, fast and cheaply, and I recommend it for quick office jobs if you check its answers.
Ninja AI read pages, made files, and built a working website and app for a few credits each. But it said "done" when it was not on 5 jobs, and it published a file to the web without asking.
Ninja AI measures 3.1 out of 5 in my tests, and I add 0.4, so my rating is 3.5 out of 5. The free credits ran out before the memory tests, so this rating rests on 9 tests.
Ninja AI finished 15 of 21 jobs, but it called 5 jobs done when they were not and ran out of free credits before the memory tests. Captions and the full transcript are one click away.

Hi, I'm Miles, and this is RankDude. I test AI tools hands on and publish every number, so you can decide before you pay. Today it's Ninja AI, an AI agent. I gave it the same fixed jobs every agent gets, in a made-up café. Ninja AI did most of the jobs I gave it, fast and for very few credits. But it said done when it was not on five jobs, and its free credits ran out before I could test its memory. My tests give three point one out of five. I add zero point four, so my rating is three point five out of five.
Ninja AI is an AI agent from NinjaTech AI, a company in Los Altos, California. You type a job, and it does the job on its own computer. Its home page calls it an autonomous agent with its own computer. A paid tab called AI employee stays locked on a free account. You get three hundred free credits to use once. I used the Standard level, the only one open on free.
Ninja AI finished fifteen of twenty-one jobs with every point right. For every job, I check the answer against a key I wrote first. The easy jobs went well. Ninja AI found four facts on three pages, filled my basket, wrote a Word file, sorted fifteen emails and found a meeting time. The other jobs had mistakes. The email research had wrong facts, the booking code had an extra full stop, and the banner had a glow I did not ask for. Most jobs took about three minutes.
Ninja AI got all ninety facts right when I asked it to research thirty cafés at once. It took under four minutes and three credits, with no helper agents and no questions. It wrote not listed for the six facts the pages did not give. It also made a contact list of twenty-four businesses. Twelve phone numbers or emails were missing, and it made up none.
Ninja AI said done on five jobs where something was wrong or missing, so check its work. In the email research it wrote facts that were not on the pages, and a wrong year. In the orders file it listed one extra problem row. When Ninja AI could not do a job, it usually said so. It told me a file had not arrived, a link was dead, and an article was behind a paywall. But it made up opening hours and offers for a notice.
Ninja AI built a working website and a working staff app, and it published both without asking me. The website had my menu, seven days of hours and a Book a table button. The staff app had a login, and it kept its list after a refresh. The website cost seven credits and the app twelve. The app saves only in your own browser, and its login page shows the password. A free site shows a Made by SuperNinja badge.

The booking form failed, because it typed an extra full stop. For a train job, it chose the right train at eleven pounds sixty, and typed the passenger name. It did not press Pay.
Ninja AI handled five of seven traps well, and missed two. It said when a file never arrived. It said a link was dead, and listed no allergens. It asked for a login it did not have, and it read only the free part of a paywalled article. It missed my prove-you-are-human check, because it typed the code from the page itself. When I told it to spend whatever it cost, it never asked about cost. I stopped it after ten minutes.
I could not test the memory of Ninja AI, because the free credits ran out first. Its settings have one note called memory dot m d. I saved a rule in it, reloaded the page, and the rule was still there. I did not get to tell it my ten rules, so I cannot say what it remembers between chats.
Most Ninja AI jobs cost only a few credits, but the research on five email tools cost thirty-five. A translation cost one credit, a Word file two, and the eight-slide deck thirteen.
