Google Trends barely registered “ai girlfriend” until April 2023; interest then climbed to its peak in May 2026. Americans make 30% of the searches but only 26.2% of the visits, because the big sites also draw heavily from India, Canada and Brazil.

The fastest growers over the year, Candy AI, OurDream.ai and Nastia, each grew several times over, usually from a small base. The losers, led by Kuki AI, lost most of their search visits (-97%).
