Market demand
1Is the AI video generator market growing in 2026?
Shrinking, but name searches are up 3.6% since October 2025.
Over two years, visits went from 9.5M in November 2024 to a high of 29M in February 2026, and stand at 20M in October 2026. Five sites take 54% of visits, so one ranking change at the top moves the whole line.

Miles explains
I only call a market growing when visits and name searches agree. Here visits are down and name searches are up, so they don’t agree yet.
Search trends
2How many people search for AI video generators in 2026?
“ai video generator” is searched about 1,500,000 times a month worldwide, 16% of it in the US.
Google Trends barely registered “ai video generator” until May 2023; interest then climbed to its peak in March 2026. Americans make 16% of the searches but only 7.3% of the visits, because the big sites also draw heavily from India, Brazil and Canada.

Google Trends shows direction, not volume. Interest is lower than a year ago, and I only trust that when the visits move the same way.
Monthly analysis
3What changed in the AI video generator market in October 2026?
Fewer visits than a year ago, but more people searching by name, and the next six months look like a slide.
The fastest growers over the year, Wan, JoggAI and Morph Studio, each grew several times over, usually from a small base. The losers, led by Argil, lost most of their search visits (-92%).

Huge percentages like Wan’s +387% usually mean one site won a big Google ranking from a small start. I watch whether it holds the next month.
Monthly forecast
4What happens next for AI video generators?
I expect November 2026 to be about the same as October 2026, and the next six months to look down.
The forecast carries the level of recent months forward, not the trend line, because that version missed least when tested on past months. November is usually a quieter month than average for searches, but the calendar did not improve the forecast, so it is left out.

invideo alone has 13% of all visits. That’s a big lead, but one Google update can close it fast.
