Miles FosterOwner and tester, RankDude
Every month I measure 17 AI video detector sites with data from DataForSEO, Google Trends, Tranco and Ahrefs. They are the sites that rank on Google for "ai video detector" plus the most-visited AI video detector sites overall. In October 2026 they got about 280,408 visits from Google, 14% fewer than a year ago.
Below: one short section per statistics page, starting with whether the market is growing. The tools I test are on the AI video detectors page.

Market demand
1Is the AI video detector market growing in 2026?
Shrinking.
Over two years, visits went from 119K in November 2024 to a high of 434K in February 2026, and stand at 280K in October 2026. Much of the year’s change is one site, Deepware Scanner, which is why I also look at the market without it.

WorldVisits a month to AI video detector sites, worldwide
Miles explains
I only call a market growing when visits and name searches agree. Here visits are level and name searches are down, so they don’t agree yet.
Search trends
2How many people search for AI video detectors in 2026?
“ai video detector” is searched about 12,100 times a month worldwide, 30% of it in the US.
Google Trends barely registered “ai video detector” until March 2024; interest then climbed to its peak in March 2026. Americans make 30% of the searches but only 23.3% of the visits, because the big sites also draw heavily from India, Canada and United Kingdom.

Google Trends shows direction, not volume. Interest is lower than a year ago, and I only trust that when the visits move the same way.
Monthly analysis
3What changed in the AI video detector market in October 2026?
Fewer visits than a year ago only because of Deepware Scanner, fewer people searching by name, and the next six months look flat.
The fastest growers over the year, Cudekai and AI or Not, grew fastest, mostly from a smaller base. The losers, led by Sensity AI, lost most of their search visits (-92%).

Huge percentages like Cudekai’s +161% usually mean one site won a big Google ranking from a small start. I watch whether it holds the next month.
Monthly forecast
4What happens next for AI video detectors?
I expect November 2026 to be about the same as October 2026, and the next six months to look flat.
The forecast carries the level of recent months forward, not the trend line, because that version missed least when tested on past months. November is usually a busier month than average for searches, but the calendar did not improve the forecast, so it is left out.

Download the data
6Can I download the AI video detector data?
Yes. Every number on these pages comes from two CSV files, free to download.
sites.csv has one row per site: its Google US position for “ai video detector”, Tranco rank, Chrome UX tier, visits from Google worldwide and in the US, name searches, Domain Rating and referring domains, with the month each figure covers. market.csv has the monthly totals across the tracked sites: visits worldwide and in the US, name searches and referring domains. Blanks mean the source had no figure, never zero.
