Every month I add up the Google visits to the 22 AI headshot generator sites I track (DataForSEO estimates) and how often people in the US search for them by name (Google Ads). In October 2026 they got about 791,147 visits. PFPMaker alone takes 58.3% of the visits, so the totals mostly follow it. Without it, visits would be down 59.9% on a year ago instead of down 42.1%.

Visits are lower than a year ago. October 2026 was level on September 2026, but the forecast still points down, so the fall may not be over. Name searches (-45%) and Google Trends interest in the term (-70%) fell too, so people are less interested, not just finding these sites less often.
