- The tracked sites got 1,497,969 visits from Google in October 2026, 11% fewer than a year ago and 13% fewer than in September 2026. Botpress made most of the move in October 2026: it lost 199,495 of the market's 214,292 visits; without it, visits to the other sites fell 1.1% on September 2026.
- Google Ads gives no search figure I can publish for āai customer service agentsā this month. People searched the site names 61,630 times in the US in September 2026, 25% less often than in October 2025.
