Every month I add up the Google visits to the 26 AI contract review tool sites I track (DataForSEO estimates) and how often people in the US search for them by name (Google Ads). In October 2026 they got about 3.1 million visits. Much of the year’s change is one site, Docusign; without it, visits are down 16% on a year ago.

Only because of Docusign. The 26 tracked AI contract review tool sites got 3,119,493 visits from Google search in October 2026. That is 25% more visits than in October 2025, or 16% fewer without Docusign, and 4% fewer visits than in September 2026.
The highest month of the last two years was December 2024, with 4,163,916 visits; October 2026 is 25% below it. In the US, visits were 1,026,343, up 41% on a year ago.

More visits than a year ago means new people are still finding AI contract review tool sites through Google. Most of that growth is one site, Docusign; without it, visits are down 16% on a year ago.

Fewer than before. People in the US searched Google for the names of the counted AI contract review tool sites 1,016,950 times in September 2026, 18% fewer searches than in October 2025. Someone who searches a site’s name already knows it, so this is the clearest sign of people coming back on purpose. The term “ai contract review” itself gets about 880 US searches a month (Google Ads, 12-month average).
