2How many people visited

In plain words: These sites got fewer visits from Google than a year ago (-12%), and October 2026 was a weaker month than September 2026 (-3%). Adobe Express, which takes 52.5% of all the visits, accounts for most of the fall (78% of it). Without it, visits would be down 5.8% on a year ago instead of down 11.5%. Adobe Express lost more visits in October 2026 (27,940,972) than the whole market did (16,069,214); without it, visits to the other sites rose 5.5% on September 2026.

Miles explains

Judge this line on the year, not the last dot: visits are 12% below a year ago, and 21% below the June 2026 high. One site winning or losing a ranking can swing a single month a lot.

3How many people went looking

People typed a site’s name into Google about as often as in October 2025 (0%). That is the loyalty number: nobody types a name by accident.

Miles explains

Name searches are the number I trust most. They are about level, and nobody types a site’s name by accident, so this shows more people coming back on purpose.

4Where the visitors live

About 12 of every 100 visits come from the United States. Outside the US I measure 7 countries one by one; the largest is India.

5The most-visited sites

Adobe Express gets the most visits, Canva is the name people search for most, and Adobe Express is the highest-placed tracked site on Google for “ai thumbnail maker”, at position 9. The five most-visited sites take 99.9% of all visits.

By US brand-name searches

Miles explains

The five most-visited sites take 99.9% of all visits. When one of them gains or loses a big ranking, the whole market total moves with it.

6Who grew and who shrank

The fastest grower in a year was VidIQ (+13%); the steepest fall was at TubeBuddy (-86%). Big swings are usually one site winning or losing one Google ranking.
