3How many people went looking
People typed a site’s name into Google 23% less often than in October 2025 (-23%). That is the loyalty number: nobody types a name by accident.

4Where the visitors live
About 24 of every 100 visits come from the United States. Outside the US I measure 7 countries one by one; the largest is India.

5The most-visited sites
Arterys gets the most visits, Aidoc is the name people search for most, and Rad AI is the highest-placed tracked site on Google for “ai radiology”, at position 6. The five most-visited sites take 80.3% of all visits.

6Who grew and who shrank
The fastest grower in a year was Arterys (+20%); the steepest fall was at Qure.ai (-88%). Big swings are usually one site winning or losing one Google ranking.
