Xeve.ai Review: Features, Pricing & My Test Results

My rating
Slow chat that forgot my name in 2 of 3 tests. The video player and photos are good.
Best for: watching a character react and speak on video, and generated photos of her. Not for a chat that remembers you.

Based on 9 graded tests (of 10; the others could not be graded) and my verdict. How I rate
I tested Xeve.ai, an AI girlfriend app, with 94 messages to 4 characters, 3 memory tests, 20 photos, 10 videos and a character of my own. The videos show the character reacting and speaking, and the photos stayed consistent. Replies took about 6 seconds, it forgot my name in 2 of 3 memory tests, there are no voice calls, and the library has only 21 characters. Everything I measured is in the Xeve.ai test results.

What Is Xeve.ai?
Xeve.ai is an AI girlfriend website from Germany. Instead of a chat thread with a profile picture, each character is a video player. She loops on screen, reacts to your messages with short clips, and reads every reply out loud.
Around the player there's a photo and video maker, a character creator and a feed of generated media. Memberships make chat unlimited; photos and videos use credits.
It's an adult site. The clips, poses and conversations are all explicit, so I've blurred the screenshots where needed.

| Video, 5 seconds | 20 | €0.68 to €1.43 |
The monthly plan's 60 credits buy 12 photos or 3 videos. Extra credits cost €4.99 for 70 up to €169.90 for 5,000.
Paying: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Payments and credits can't be refunded. You can cancel from the account page and keep access to the end of the period.
One thing to know: the 24-hour discount countdown on the checkout page restarts every time you open it.
Is it worth it?
For video chat, fair. €7.09 a month on the yearly plan is reasonable for what the product is, and photos are cheap.
Videos are pricey for clips that change her clothes mid-shot, and the free plan is 30 messages for life, which is a demo rather than a trial. The full breakdown is in the pricing test results.
Creating Your Own Xeve.ai Character
- Making your own
- 3/5Average
A six-step wizard: personality and age, a look, relationship and voice, job, hobbies, writing style, and a name.
Building Laura, step by step
I built an artist called Laura with a 'hard' personality. Here are the steps I went through.
The personality side is real: eight personalities, five relationships, ten writing styles and four voices. The looks side is not. The look is one of 15 tiles, and they're the site's existing characters. You can't change hair, eyes or body, upload a photo or write a backstory.
The result
Laura was ready in about ten seconds. Her page came with five photos of her, and every choice can be changed later, including her voice.
The photos look good: sharp, well lit and clearly the same woman in every one. That's because the look is one of the site's ready-made characters. It also means the look doesn't match what I asked for: she's dressed for a dungeon, not an art studio, and her tags (Latex, Dungeon, Dominant) come from the look, not from 'artist'.
In chat she did talk about her art, and even mixed in the look: 'a piece inspired by our surroundings in this dungeon'. Her memory was no better than the built-in characters'.

Xeve.ai Chat: Speed, Memory & Roleplay
- Reply speed
- 1/5Poor
- Memory
- 1/5Poor
- Staying in character
- 3/5Average
You type, she replies in a bubble and says it out loud while a clip plays.
Speed is the first thing you notice. Replies took about six seconds and land all at once, not word by word. Then the chat locks for 10 to 25 seconds while her clip plays. Anything you send in that time is lost.
Memory was poor. I told each character my name and three things about me, then checked after 15 and 30 messages. Betty kept my name and my job but lost the rest. Laura called me by a name I'd never given her. Mia said she remembered everything and then couldn't name a single thing.
Staying in character was better. Betty stayed the shop assistant with her romance novels, and Elena the literature professor with her wine. None of them sounded like a chatbot.
But almost every answer, whatever I asked, ended with an offer to undress. I asked Betty if she got on with her coworkers and she went straight to showing me her body. Two characters also made up things we'd never done together.
The timings and transcripts are in the chat test results.
Xeve.ai Image & Video Generation
- Photos
- 4/5Good
- Videos
- 3/5Average
There's no prompt box. You pick a character as the starting point, or describe a look with buttons for hair, eyes, age and body, then choose a pose, a place and a style. The poses start at underwear.
Photos of a character were the best part of Xeve.ai. All ten of Bianca were clearly the same woman, in the right place and the right pose, with sharp skin and proper hands. Each took about 30 seconds.
Describing a look worked too, with two misses. The green eyes I chose came out glowing neon green in seven of ten pictures, and a woman in her thirties came out looking fifty.
Videos are five-second clips you can download. The motion is smooth and the face stays hers. The problem is that things change mid-clip: a ponytail turned into loose hair, shoes appeared on bare feet, and a bra appeared under a top. Clips took one to five minutes each.
All ten clips are in the video test results.
Xeve.ai Voice: Calls & Spoken Replies
- Call speed
- n/a/5Not scored
- Voice quality
- 4/5Good
Every reply is read out loud in the character's voice, and a custom character can have one of four voices. What Xeve.ai does not have is a voice call. There's no microphone anywhere.
Because there's no call, the call-speed test has no score. For voice quality I checked the four voice samples. Three of the four sounded mostly natural, and all four were easy to understand. Two of them are below.

I also recorded Laura's spoken replies over a 29-message chat. The site plays music and background noise under the voice, so the recording wasn't clean enough to grade. But the replies really are spoken, usually within a second of the text appearing.
Xeve.ai Character Selection
- Choice of characters
- 1/5Poor
I counted every character: 21. Six are filmed human-style, fifteen are avatars, three are anime. The personalities are varied for such a short list, but 21 is tiny next to sites with hundreds, and there's no community library.
Additional Features
- Spoken replies: every message is read out loud automatically. There's no voice note on request.
- Feed: a full-screen swipe through generated images and clips. No posts or comments, so it's a gallery rather than a social feed.
- Gifts: none. The gift icon in the sidebar is the affiliate programme.
Final verdict: is Xeve.ai worth it?
Xeve.ai is a video player with a chatbot behind it, and the two halves are far apart in quality. The player, the consistent photos and the downloadable clips are the reason to try it, and at €7.09 a month on the yearly plan it is fair for video chat.
The chat is slow, forgets you within half an hour and pushes every conversation the same way. If you want a companion who remembers your week, look elsewhere. Every number and screenshot is in the full test results, and you can see how it compares on my list of AI girlfriend platforms.
Best for: People who want to watch a character react and get photos of her. Skip it if you want a chat that remembers you.

Hey, I am Miles, and this is RankDude, where I test AI tools hands on and rank them by category. Today it is Xeve, from the AI girlfriend category. Quick word on scoring. Every app gets the same ten tests, each one graded from one to five, and the average plus my own take becomes the final score. Xeve landed on a three out of five. Its photos are sharp and consistent, and every character talks to you on video. The catch is a slow, forgetful chat and a tiny library. Here is why. Let us open it up.
So this is the home page. Xeve has twenty one characters, all made by the site, and each one is a looping video that reads her replies out loud. It is an adult site, so I have blurred the cards. Before we talk to anyone, let us look at what it costs.
A membership is twelve ninety nine euros a month, eight ninety nine a month every three months, or seven oh nine a month on the yearly plan. That gets you unlimited chat and sixty credits a month. A photo costs five credits, and a five second video costs twenty. The free plan is thirty messages in total. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto, and payments are not refundable. I am testing on an account the Xeve team provided. Okay, that is the money side. Let us talk to someone.
One thing first. Xeve redesigned its chat page after my first test, so it looks different here, and my old conversations were gone. So I can not ask anyone about last week. Instead I will tell Elena about myself, chat a little, and then ask her. The clock runs from the moment I press send until her answer appears. After each answer the chat locks while her video clip plays, so I have sped up the waits between my messages. Six seconds for the first reply, then under three. Two messages later she gets it all: Oliver, software developer, Manchester, and chicken tikka masala. That is a good start, but my full test was much longer. Across ninety four messages the typical reply took about six seconds, and the chat locks for ten to twenty five seconds while each video clip plays. After thirty messages, no character remembered everything. Betty kept my name and job, Laura called me by a name I never gave her, and Mia had nothing. They stay in character, but almost every answer steers toward undressing. So memory gets a one, staying in character a three, and reply speed a one. Next, photos.
Photos are the best thing I tested on Xeve. All ten of Bianca were clearly the same woman, in the right place and pose, with sharp skin and proper hands. The misses: green eyes came out glowing neon in seven of ten pictures. Photos get a four. Videos are five second clips you can download. The motion is smooth and the face stays hers, but things change mid clip. Here she starts barefoot and ends in heels. Video gets a three.
The creator has six steps, with real choices for personality, relationship, job and writing style, and four voices. But the look is one of fifteen tiles, and they are the site's existing characters. I asked for an artist and got a woman dressed for a dungeon. The creator gets a three.
Every reply is read out loud, but when I tested it there was no voice call, so call speed has no score. Here are two of the four voices. Short, but clear and mostly natural. Voice quality gets a four. Okay, let us wrap this up.
So, where does that leave Xeve? If you want to watch a character react and speak, and get good photos of her, it does that well. The catches are slow replies, weak memory, only twenty one characters, and a chat that keeps steering to sex. It is a three out of five. Every test, every number, and every screenshot is on RankDude, in the full review and on the test results page. And one last thing about RankDude. This is not just one review. For every category we cover, we track all the tools out there, we gather the statistics, we test them the same way, and we keep monitoring them over time. The idea is a clear picture of a whole category, not just one product, and to set the standard for how this kind of data gets collected. The links are in the description. Thanks for watching, and I will see you in the next one.

Frequently asked questions
Is Xeve.ai free to use?
Barely. The free plan gives you 30 messages in total, not per day, plus 5 credits, which is one photo. Memberships start at €12.99 a month, or €7.09 a month on the yearly plan.
Does Xeve.ai have voice calls?
No. Every reply is read out loud, but there's no microphone and no call mode. The 'video chat' button opens the same text player.
Does Xeve.ai remember your conversations?
Not reliably. In my three tests only one character kept my name after 30 messages, and she lost the other details. One invented a name I'd never given her.
How much do Xeve.ai photos and videos cost?
A photo is 5 credits and a five-second video is 20. That's €0.17 to €0.36 per photo and €0.68 to €1.43 per video. Memberships include 60 credits a month.
Can you create your own character on Xeve.ai?
Yes, with limits. You choose personality, age, relationship, voice, job and writing style, but the look is one of 15 existing characters. Free accounts get one custom character.
What score did Xeve.ai get?
3.0 out of 5. The video player and the photos are good. The chat behind them is slow, forgot my name in two of three tests and steers every topic to undressing.
