Free AI note takers: questions people ask
What is a free AI note taker?
Tools that join your meetings and take notes: record and transcribe the call, write a summary, pull out action items and share the notes. On this page every tool also has a plan that costs nothing for as long as you like, read from its own pricing page.
How many AI note takers have a free plan?
30 of the 39 AI note takers RankDude lists, as of 1 November 2026. The full list, free or paid, is on the AI note takers page.
What does the free plan usually limit?
Credits, outputs or projects per month, a watermark, lower resolution or fewer seats. The limits differ by tool; the pricing page each status was read from says exactly what the free plan includes.
Is this a ranking of free AI note takers?
No. The list follows the site's one order: tools I have tested first, then the rest by how well known they are. Only a tested tool carries a grade.
